Over the weekend, Melbourne was the most pawsome place to be for all pooch-adoring people as the Dog Lovers Show returned to the Royal Exhibition Building in Carlton.
Tens of thousands of visitors flocked to the event, which celebrated the unconditional love and friendship we share with our canine companions, and enjoyed presentations from the likes of Dr Katrina Warren and Dr Harry Cooper.
Along with returning feature favourites like the Royal Canin Arena, KONG Celebrity Vet Stage, Pedigree Rescue Dog Zone, Pat-A-Pooch Zone and Breed Showcase, visitors lapped up the first ever Melbourne Dock Dogs as well as the show-wide launch of both the Insta Pooch Zone and Australian Hero Dog Tribute.
Griffon Bruxelloises or Ewoks? Dixie, Griffiti and Fergus ready for May the 4th. George Lucas owned five Griffon Bruxelloises, and based the Star Wars Ewoks on the breed. In celebration of May the 4th, these pooches got decked out in their Star Wars finery! For your chance to meet, pat and snap a selfie with this curious little breed, head to the Dog Lovers Show this weekend at the Royal Exhibition Building, kicking off on Friday May 5 and running until Sunday.
