More than 5 months of preparation for HotHouse sprung into life as the 60th installment of televisions annual night of nights, the TV Week Logie Awards glittered in its new home at The Star on Queensland’s Gold Coast.
The Logies holds a special place in the heart of HotHouse. 2018 marked 13 years since the gargantuan task of wrangling Australia’s most well known talent across the red carpet and into their seats came into the care of HotHouse Media & Events, led by Director, John Flower.
HHME arrived on site a week prior to the event remaining predominantly in what became affectionately referred to as ‘The Bunker’. Working hand in glove with networks and Nine production, HHME spent the week plotting tables and positions to ensure all talent, producers, executives, actors and VIPs were placed in the perfect position.
Months of preparation culminates into a flurry of activity on Logies day. Final in room checks and rechecks are completed while the team dons frocks and puts finishing touches on makeup to ensure we’re red carpet ready to receive attendees.
Once attendees were seated the HHME team was able to raise a glass to another successful TV Week Logies and enjoy what was to be another unforgettable show!
HHME would like to extend thanks to Tamika Hennessey from Bauer Media in addition to Rizer, Stella & Co, The Star and the Nine Production team led by Producer, Brent Williams. Along with all the other amazing people we have the pleasure of working with that ensure the TV Week Logie Awards is the event we look forward to year after year.
