Last month the HotHouse team went on an epic journey of mind, body and spirit launching the inaugural Super Bloom Festival – a two-day event of wellbeing and wonder.
Held in the grounds of Abbotsford Convent, Super Bloom brought together the country’s top wellbeing experts including Ash Hart, Lola Berry, Reece Carter, Dr Lauren Tober, Dr Nikki Goldstein, Tobie Puttock, Jess Sepel, Warrior One Yoga, The School of Life and many more.

The event saw the Convent transformed into a sprawling village of discovery – with over 110 intimate and educational sessions covering: yoga, fitness, performance arts, dancing, nutrition, gut health, cooking, natural medicine, mindfulness, meditation, deep rest, sexology, tantra, philosophy and future ways of living.
Beyond the expert sessions, Super Bloom attendees could wander through independent markets, participate in one-on-one sessions in the Healer’s Grove, nourish themselves with delicious food from artisan stalls, step into the intimate Orgasm Room or simply lay in the lush grounds of Abbotsford Convent and soak up the environment.

HHME were tasked with launching Super Bloom Festival to media in its first year, and managing the event’s ongoing publicity. The team secured a suite of editorial in Australia’s leading wellbeing and lifestyle titles, profiled the Festival’s incredible speakers and features, and hosted media and influencers at the event.
Super Bloom Festival will return in 2020 with a brand-new line-up of boundary breaking wellbeing experts and experiences.
