Within just year of opening, Italian fine-diner Aromi has established an illustrious reputation in the Brighton culinary scene. Helmed by Head Chef Paolo Masciopinto, the restaurant has gained recognition for its refined Italian menu, contemporary finesse, and friendly atmosphere.

Drawing inspiration from Masciopinto’s hometown of Turin, the menu pays homage to the aromatic herbs that define Italian cooking.

Aromi – translating to ‘aromas’ in Italian – is entwined with the restaurant’s DNA. A wall of verdant greenery sprouts thyme, dill, mint, sage and rosemary, watered daily and plucked for use in Grilled quail, crispy prosciutto, sage, pearl barley; Risotto, saffron, pork sausage, dill and the acclaimed Peppermint margarita.
