The LGBTIQ Legal Service is a state-wide, free community legal service provided by St Kilda Legal Service. Their aim is to help LGBTIQ Victorians live happy, healthy and dignified lives by helping the community address their legal issues.

LGBTIQ Legal Service run a health justice partnership funded by the Victoria Law Foundation based at Thorne Harbour Health (Level 5, 615 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne), where they help Thorne Harbour Health clients with their everyday legal problems.

They also run the ‘Roberta Perkins Law Project’ which is a community project funded by the City of Melbourne and run in partnership with Transgender Victoria (100 Drummond Street, Carlton) to address the everyday legal problems and specific legal needs of trans and gender diverse people living in Victoria.

LGBTIQ Legal Service is an inclusive company with a specialised understanding of community-specific legal needs. Their staff and volunteer team are comprised of members of the LGBTIQ community.
